What we collect
Contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number and message — only what you choose to send us.
Server logs: when you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address, date and time, and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Why, and on what legal basis
To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote or transport order — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To keep the site secure and stop spam and abuse, for example by limiting repeated form submissions — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives your data
Contact-form messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service acting as our processor. The website is run by a hosting provider, also as a processor. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this happens on the basis of an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to handle your request. If a contract follows, we keep the related records for as long as Romanian accounting and commercial law requires.
